Launched my email warmup tool after 4 months of nights and weekends.
If your cold emails land in spam, your domain reputation is the problem — and most warmup tools cost more than the outreach itself.
So I built something simpler:
→ Connects to any SMTP in under 2 minutes
→ Gradually ramps volume so providers learn to trust you
→ Real inbox-placement reports, not vanity "warmth scores"
Ran my own domain through it for 6 weeks. 60% spam rate → landing in primary.

would add: talking to users early beats almost everything else.
did you do any marketing or was it all organic?
