Built invoicing software for freelancers who hate invoicing software.
Most tools are built for agencies with accountants. I'm a freelancer. I want to send an invoice in 90 seconds and get paid. That's the whole product.
→ Recurring invoices on autopilot
→ Stripe + bank transfer, client picks
→ Polite automatic reminders so you don't have to be the bad guy
Flat $8/mo, no per-invoice nonsense. Honest feedback wanted.

Pricing is the hardest thing I've done and I've rewritten a database migration at 3am.
Too cheap and people think it's a toy. Too expensive and you scare off the ones who'd actually use it. I've changed my price 5 times. Still not sure I'm right.
The teams winning with AI right now aren't the ones with the fanciest models. They're the ones who figured out WHERE to put it.
One well-placed AI step in a boring workflow beats a flashy chatbot nobody uses. Look at your most repetitive task. That's where it pays off, not the demo-friendly stuff.
How do you all handle support as a solo founder?
Support emails eat 2 hours a day and I can't build. Tried canned responses, tried a help doc nobody reads. What actually worked for you — a chatbot, a community, just saying no to some requests?
