My entire productivity system is one text file called today.txt.
Three things I'll do today. That's it. No app, no tags, no Notion database I'll abandon in a month. The tool isn't the problem. The clarity is. Constraints beat features.

Made a CRM small enough to actually use.
Salesforce for a solo founder is like renting a stadium to play catch. I wanted contacts, notes, and "remind me to follow up" — nothing else.
→ Add a contact in 5 seconds
→ Follow-up reminders that actually fire
→ No "pipeline stages" you'll never configure
It fits on one screen and that's the entire selling point.
