Ask developers about web security and you'll often hear about: authentication,

HTTPS, password hashing, or access control.

Ask about Content Security Policy (CSP), and suddenly the conversation becomes much quieter.

Which is strange.

Because CSP is one of the few browser-level defenses that can significantly reduce the impact of client-side attacks.

Yet many applications either don't use it at all or deploy it in a way that provides almost no protection.

How do you all handle support as a solo founder?

Support emails eat 2 hours a day and I can't build. Tried canned responses, tried a help doc nobody reads. What actually worked for you — a chatbot, a community, just saying no to some requests?

Rewrote my landing page copy for the 4th time. Cut it from 600 words to 90. Conversion went up.

Turns out nobody reads the wall of text you spent a week writing. Working on a CLI for devs taught me my instinct for "more explanation" is almost always wrong.

Pricing is the hardest thing I've done and I've rewritten a database migration at 3am.

Too cheap and people think it's a toy. Too expensive and you scare off the ones who'd actually use it. I've changed my price 5 times. Still not sure I'm right.
