Build Daily Posting Streaks and Climb the Leaderboard

Your Peerpitch streak counts consecutive days you've posted. Maintain it to earn Peerpoints, build habits, and rise on the Builders leaderboard.

Your Peerpitch streak is a count of how many consecutive days you've published at least one post. It's the simplest measure of consistency on the platform — and consistency is the one thing that separates builders who ship from builders who plan. A growing streak signals to your cohort, your followers, and yourself that you're showing up every day, not just on the days it feels easy. It's also what drives you up the Builders leaderboard, where the most consistent builders in the community are ranked publicly.

How streaks work

The rule is simple: post at least once on any given calendar day to keep your streak alive. Your streak counter increments by one at the end of each day you post, and resets to zero the morning after any day you miss.

Start a streak

Post anything today. Your streak begins at 1 and climbs by 1 for every consecutive day you publish.

Keep it alive

Post at least once per day. There's no minimum length — a single #note counts just as much as a long #update.

Losing your streak

Miss a full calendar day without posting and your streak resets to 0. Your longest streak stat is preserved on your profile.

Streak stats on your profile

Your profile displays two streak stats:

  • Current streak 🔥 — the number of consecutive days you've posted up to and including today
  • Longest streak — your all-time personal best, preserved even if your current streak resets

These stats are public. Other builders can visit your profile and see exactly how consistent you've been — which is part of what makes them meaningful.

The Builders leaderboard

The Builders leaderboard ranks the top 50+ builders on Peerpitch by their current streak, updated daily. It's a public leaderboard that shows:

| Column | What it means | |---|---| | Streak 🔥 | Current consecutive-day posting streak | | Longest | All-time personal best streak | | Points | Total Peerpoints earned across all posts |

The leaderboard is reset by reality every day — only builders who posted yesterday hold their position. That makes it a true measure of active, sustained consistency rather than a one-time burst of effort.

Top builders

The builders currently leading the leaderboard show what sustained daily posting looks like over months:

🥇 Lena Vogel

Longest: 57 days
Peerpoints: 1,542

🥈 Ethan Reid

Current streak: 48 🔥
Longest: 51 days
Peerpoints: 807

🥉 Camila Rojas

Other notable builders on the leaderboard include Diego Navarro (36-day streak 🔥, longest 54), Ishaan Kapoor (35 🔥, longest 56, 1,318 points), and Kwame Mensah (31 🔥). The full leaderboard runs to 10 pages of active builders.

Peerpoints

Every post you publish earns Peerpoints regardless of post type or length. Points accumulate over time and are displayed alongside your streak on the leaderboard. See the Peerpoints page for a full breakdown of how points are calculated and what they unlock.

On days when you're genuinely busy, a short #note or quick #update is all you need to keep your streak alive. "Shipped nothing today — spent the day in customer calls. Three people said the same thing about onboarding." That's a real post. It counts. Don't let perfect be the enemy of consistent.

If you miss a day, your current streak resets to 0 — there's no grace period or streak freeze. However, your longest streak stat is never overwritten. It permanently records your personal best on your public profile, so the streaks you've earned are never lost, even when a new run resets.
